About this work
This chromolithographic plate shows three gilded silver objects: two domed thuribles labeled A and B, with cross finials and engraved inscriptions, and a large ornamented plate labeled C with raised acanthus and floral scrolls around a central boss. Several detail views of the censer lids and bases accompany the main drawings.
