About this work
A dark-ground plate of numbered crystal diagrams shows spheres, cubes, prisms, and rhombohedral forms, with labeled faces and dashed axis lines. Several circular and square sections display concentric colored rings and cross-shaped patterns, resembling optical images. The sheet is titled Shapes of crystals, created by J.F. Schreiber in 1886.
