About this work
A printed cartographic map titled The Danube River Basin shows the river's course through Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Yugoslavia to the Black Sea, with symbols marking industries, railroads and ports. A legend in the lower left shows maximum tonnage of commercial vessels, and a small inset map places the region within Europe. The Office of Strategic Services produced this provisional first revision in 1945.
