About this work
A two-page atlas spread showing world annual rainfall in colour bands, with a legend giving rainfall in centimeters and inches. The map uses Goode's homolosine equal area projection, with the Sahara, Amazon basin and Australian deserts shown in the lowest rainfall bands and the Indonesian and Central African zones in the highest. The print is attributed to John Paul Goode and is part of the World-Climatic series.
