About this work
This page from a printed volume titled The World's Commodities, part 8 on wool, shows a colored world map marking principal wool supply regions in red and other sheep-breeding areas in yellow. Below, diagrams compare annual wool production by region, raw wool imports to the United Kingdom, woollen manufacture exports, and sheep numbers per 100 population with sheep illustrations. The 1908 Amalgamated Press publication pairs the cartography with dense explanatory text.
