About this work
A horse pulls a sleigh with two figures in heavy winter coats across a frozen lake toward a snowy shoreline. Another sleigh and small cabins are visible on the hillside, under a pale dusk sky with a crescent moon. The chromolithographic print is attributed to Axel Hjalmar Ender and was published by Eneret H. Abel, Christiania.
