A pale blue sheet shows the street facade of a building with a central pediment, dormer windows and round openings, rendered in brown and grey wash with pencil lines. Painted lettering reads Quincaillerie Alexandre Odelin 42, Gros et Détail, and Au Doré, and a handwritten French note in the lower margin describes the remains of the grenier à sel on rue St-Germain-l'Auxerrois in May 1883.
