This lithograph shows a dancer in a pale dress decorated with flower sprigs, wearing a pearl necklace and bracelets and a wreath of blossoms in her hair. Translucent butterfly-like wings rise behind her shoulder as she stands on pointe with one leg turned out. The print is titled Flore and was made by Alfred Edward Chalon in 1836.
