A hand-colored etching shows four top-hatted gentlemen studying a wall of rustic genre paintings in a gallery, including several scenes of pigs and farm life. A sketchbook labeled Sketches from Nature by Geo. Morland rests against a gilt frame in the foreground. The print is titled Connoisseurs examining a collection of George Morland's, published in London on 16 November 1807 by H. Humphrey.
