This engraved print depicts a crowd gathered under large trees beside a riverbank, with European men in tricorn hats and period coats facing Native American figures in feathered headdresses. Chests, bows, and arrows lie on the ground, and houses and sailing boats appear in the background. The print is a 1775 work after Benjamin West's painting of William Penn's treaty with the Indians.
