This watercolor and ink drawing shows a hilly coastal landscape with a small classical temple on a cliff above the sea, a windswept tree in the foreground, and a shepherd leading a flock along a path. A distant town sits on a ridge at right under a pale, cloud-filled sky. Claude-Louis Châtelet made the work in 1778, and it is held by Wikimedia Commons.
