About this work

A painted forest landscape shows a dense stand of tall conifers on the left and a cleared area on the right where cut logs are stacked beside heaps of brushwood and root debris. A narrow dirt path winds through low green undergrowth dotted with small white flowers under a pale, cloudy sky.
