A pencil study on aged, stained paper shows a boxy early twentieth-century ambulance with a rear door open and lettering on its side, drawn in a three-quarter view. A standing figure in a long coat appears at the left, and a building facade with windows is sketched at the right, with leader lines and numbers annotating parts of the vehicle. The work is catalogued as a 1920 study by Eliseu Visconti for a triptych commissioned for the Palácio Pedro Ernesto municipal chamber.
