About this work
A decorative botanical print shows a white water lily in several stages, from closed green buds to fully open white blossoms with yellow centres, alongside a large green floating leaf with radiating veins. The water is rendered as blue lines with swirling patterns, and a cream label at the upper left gives the French name and description.
