About this work

A black-and-white engraved view shows a large, multi-towered building with steep roofs, dormer windows and arched openings, set behind a planted garden bed. Well-dressed pedestrians walk across the forecourt while a horse-drawn carriage with passengers approaches from the right. The print is attributed to Johan Conrad Greive, dated 1885.
