About this work
This engraved print shows two crowned kings in royal robes standing on either side of a large upright cross, with angels hovering above and a serpent-like dragon coiled at their feet. The Latin inscription in hoc signo vinces appears near the top, and the captions S. Carolus Magnus and S. Ludovicus identify the two figures. The print is attributed to Grégoire Huret.
