About this work

A woodblock-style print shows two figures crossing a curved wooden bridge in heavy rain, one holding a red oiled-paper umbrella and the other a large black umbrella. Diagonal rain streaks fill the dim grey sky, and a small lantern glows near the lower figure while teal water shows beneath the bridge.
