This hand-coloured aquatint shows a riverside view of stone ghats descending to the water, with bathers, seated figures, and cattle on the steps. Sailing boats with dark sails move across the river toward the left, while domed pavilions and trees rise above the bank. The print is titled "Oriental Scenery Fig 16" and was made by Thomas Daniell in 1795.
