This drawing, titled Acrasia dans les bois by Fernand Khnopff and dated 1892, shows a nude female figure standing upright with one arm raised above her head. A long, flowing sheet of fabric falls from her raised arm and wraps around her hips and legs, rendered with soft white highlights against a muted grey ground. The work is executed in graphite or charcoal with subtle tonal modelling.
