About this work

This aquatint-style print depicts a multi-tiered pavilion with arched colonnades, carved stone railings, and small domed kiosks on its roof, set in an open paved courtyard. Seated figures rest near a shallow water basin in the foreground, and a domed structure and walls appear to the right and left. The work is attributed to Thomas Daniell.
