This black and white engraved print shows the old city gate in Solothurn, with two rounded stone towers flanking a pointed arched passage and a taller tower with a sloped roof behind them. Small flags and finials rise above the roofs, and hills appear faintly on the right. The work is credited to Alexandre Calame and is held in the Wikimedia Commons collection.
