This Japanese woodblock print shows travelers on a path beside a pale shoreline, with a palanquin carried by two porters in the center and a figure in a blue hat seated near baggage at right. Pink horizontal bands of cloud or water extend across a green-hued landscape. The work is attributed to Katsushika Hokusai and belongs to the Tōkaidō gojūsan tsugi series, with the title inscribed in the upper right corner.
