This woodblock print shows two linked scenes: on the left, travelers wade and are carried across a shallow river toward distant hills, with a small wooden ferry house and rippling pink-tinged water; on the right, a seated traveler in a green coat rests inside a wooden building while a woman in a red patterned kimono offers him a cup of tea. The sheet is numbered 63 and bears the Japanese captions for the stations Shimada and Fujieda.
