This three-panel screen shows women gathering apples beneath a tree with reddish leaves, set against a green hillside and a blue sea inlet. Several figures sit or stand in traditional Breton-style headwear and aprons, with a woman in a red dress reaching into the branches and a seated figure holding a child. The painting is attributed to Paul Sérusier and is known as the Triptyque de Pont-Aven, or Cueillette des pommes.
