A pale blue-toned drawing shows a two-story house with shuttered windows, chimneys, and a rooftop railing, set behind an iron fence above a stone embankment with an arched bridge at left. Handwritten French notes beneath identify the station of La Glacière on the Sceaux and Limours line, the 13th arrondissement, and the artist's signature with the date 8 December 1888. The work is attributed to Jules-Adolphe Chauvet.
