This black and yellow cover of The Yellow Book, an Illustrated Quarterly, Volume 8, shows a three-masted ship on wavy water above a central heraldic shield flanked by two stylized supporters. Small flower and thistle motifs decorate the corners, and the printed text names London: John Lane and Boston: Copeland & Day. The work is credited to David Young Cameron and dated 1896.
