About this work
A cubist-inflected etching shows a figure with a bulky load on a wheelbarrow beside a brick wall and a tiled roof, with a street lamp rising in front. The handwritten caption in the margin gives the title Le gâcheur de plâtre, 1924, and the print is numbered 1/25 in pencil.
