About this work
A pencil sketch on tan paper shows a nude male figure standing in back view, with one arm bent and the head turned slightly. The loose contour lines suggest a quick study of the body, and the signature with the date 1928 appears at lower right. This drawing by Jean Brusselmans is held in the Prints Department of the Royal Library of Belgium.
