About this work
An etched print shows a wide boulevard lined with trees, with figures walking, sitting and working along the roadway and a horse-drawn cart on the right. Earthen embankments rise beside the road, and a tent stands at the right edge. The work is attributed to Maxime Lalanne and dated 1871.
