About this work
This etching shows a narrow old street with a rounded corner building, a horse-drawn cart, and pedestrians gathered near the entrance of a shop. Tall buildings with windows and flowering plants line both sides of the receding street under a cloudy sky. The print is dated 1867 and is attributed to Alfred Delauney.
