A lithographed architectural study shows the richly carved Gothic arched doorway of Temple Church, with a heavy wooden door set beneath layered arches and a wall lantern mounted beside it. Three small boys in period clothing are gathered at the lower right near the stone base, and a handwritten inscription reading 'London as it is, Drawn and Lithographed by Thos. Shotter Boys' appears on the wall.
