About this work

A monochrome print on warm yellow-toned paper shows a standing man beside a horse, a seated figure in a headscarf kneeling at the wagon wheel, and a second figure leaning over the cart's wooden side. The loose, dark charcoal-like strokes emphasize silhouettes and the rough texture of the wagon.
