About this work
A pencil and watercolor drawing shows the west end of a Gothic chapel with a large pointed window framed by tracery, flanked by tall pinnacled towers and a parapet. Dense foliage and shrubs frame the lower foreground, and a doorway sits at the base of the facade. This sketch by William Crotch is dated 1832.
