About this work

This 1907 poster by an anonymous 20th-century artist presents the Union des sociétés de tir de France with a winged female figure drawing a bow at left, above a mountain landscape. A tabulated list of national shooting championship winners from 1900 to 1915 and printed regulations occupy the lower and central areas, framed by sunflower and foliage borders.
